How to do it
- 1Attach a straight bar or rope to a high cable pulley.
- 2Stand facing the machine, grip the attachment with both hands.
- 3Keep your upper arms pinned to your sides.
- 4Push down until your arms are fully extended, then return with control.
Tips
- *Don't let your elbows flare out or drift forward.
- *Squeeze hard at the bottom for peak contraction.
- *Use the rope attachment to spread your hands apart at the bottom.
