How to do it
- 1Stand facing a high cable with a straight bar or rope.
- 2Keep your arms straight with a slight elbow bend.
- 3Pull the bar down in an arc to your thighs.
- 4Return with control, feeling the stretch in your lats.
Tips
- *Great lat isolation exercise — feel the stretch at the top.
- *Don't bend your elbows — this isn't a pushdown.
- *Hinge slightly at the hips for better range of motion.
