How to do it
- 1Lie on a flat bench holding an EZ bar with arms extended above your chest.
- 2Lower the bar toward your forehead by bending at the elbows.
- 3Keep your upper arms stationary.
- 4Extend your arms back to the starting position.
Tips
- *Lower the bar to your forehead or slightly behind your head.
- *Don't let your elbows flare out wide.
- *Use a spotter or keep the weight moderate — you're above your face.
