How to do it

  1. 1Sit on the machine with the pad on top of your lower legs.
  2. 2Curl your legs under the seat by bending at the knees.
  3. 3Squeeze at the bottom, then return with control.

Tips

  • *Seated position stretches the hamstrings more than lying.
  • *Don't use momentum — slow and controlled.
  • *Great to pair with leg extensions for a superset.
