- 1Sit on the machine with the pad on top of your lower legs.
- 2Curl your legs under the seat by bending at the knees.
- 3Squeeze at the bottom, then return with control.
Tips
- *Seated position stretches the hamstrings more than lying.
- *Don't use momentum — slow and controlled.
- *Great to pair with leg extensions for a superset.
