How to do it
- 1Sit at the cable row machine with feet on the platform, knees slightly bent.
- 2Grab the handle and sit up tall with arms extended.
- 3Pull the handle to your lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- 4Return to the starting position with control.
Tips
- *Don't rock back and forth — keep your torso stationary.
- *Different handles target different parts of the back.
- *Pause and squeeze at peak contraction.
