How to do it

  1. 1Sit at the cable row machine with feet on the platform, knees slightly bent.
  2. 2Grab the handle and sit up tall with arms extended.
  3. 3Pull the handle to your lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. 4Return to the starting position with control.

Tips

  • *Don't rock back and forth — keep your torso stationary.
  • *Different handles target different parts of the back.
  • *Pause and squeeze at peak contraction.
