How to do it
- 1Sit at a preacher curl bench with your upper arms on the pad.
- 2Grip the EZ bar with an underhand grip.
- 3Curl the bar up toward your shoulders.
- 4Lower with control — don't fully extend at the bottom to protect elbows.
Tips
- *Eliminates cheating — your arms are locked in position.
- *Don't go to full extension at the bottom under heavy load.
- *Can also be done with dumbbells or a cable.
