How to do it

  1. 1Sit at a preacher curl bench with your upper arms on the pad.
  2. 2Grip the EZ bar with an underhand grip.
  3. 3Curl the bar up toward your shoulders.
  4. 4Lower with control — don't fully extend at the bottom to protect elbows.

Tips

  • *Eliminates cheating — your arms are locked in position.
  • *Don't go to full extension at the bottom under heavy load.
  • *Can also be done with dumbbells or a cable.
