How to do it
- 1Sit at the pec deck machine with your back flat against the pad.
- 2Place your forearms on the pads or grip the handles.
- 3Bring the pads together in front of your chest.
- 4Return with control, feeling the stretch.
Tips
- *Great chest isolation — constant tension throughout.
- *Don't let the weight stack slam between reps.
- *Adjust the seat so your arms are at chest height.
