How to do it

  1. 1Sit at the pec deck machine with your back flat against the pad.
  2. 2Place your forearms on the pads or grip the handles.
  3. 3Bring the pads together in front of your chest.
  4. 4Return with control, feeling the stretch.

Tips

  • *Great chest isolation — constant tension throughout.
  • *Don't let the weight stack slam between reps.
  • *Adjust the seat so your arms are at chest height.
