How to do it
- 1Hold a dumbbell with both hands above your head, arms fully extended.
- 2Lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending at the elbows.
- 3Extend your arms back to the starting position.
Tips
- *Keep your upper arms close to your ears and stationary.
- *Great for targeting the long head of the triceps.
- *Can also be done with a cable or EZ bar.
