How to do it

  1. 1Hold a dumbbell with both hands above your head, arms fully extended.
  2. 2Lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending at the elbows.
  3. 3Extend your arms back to the starting position.

Tips

  • *Keep your upper arms close to your ears and stationary.
  • *Great for targeting the long head of the triceps.
  • *Can also be done with a cable or EZ bar.
