How to do it
- 1Sit at the lat pulldown machine with thighs secured under the pads.
- 2Grip the bar wider than shoulder width with an overhand grip.
- 3Pull the bar down to your upper chest.
- 4Return the bar up with control.
Tips
- *Don't lean way back — a slight lean is fine.
- *Pull your elbows down and back, not just your hands.
- *Squeeze your lats at the bottom of each rep.
