How to do it
- 1Stand on the hack squat platform with your back against the pad.
- 2Place your feet shoulder-width apart, slightly forward on the platform.
- 3Release the safety and lower yourself until your thighs are parallel.
- 4Push back up to the starting position.

- *Great quad builder with less lower back stress than free squats.
- *Narrower stance hits outer quads, wider hits inner.
- *Go deep — the machine supports your back.
