How to do it
- 1Set a cable to upper chest or face height with a rope attachment.
- 2Grip the rope with both hands, palms facing each other.
- 3Pull the rope toward your face, separating the ends as you pull.
- 4Squeeze your rear delts and upper back at the end of the movement.
- 5Return with control.
Tips
- *Think of pulling the rope apart, not just toward you.
- *Keep your elbows high — they should end up above your shoulders.
- *Do these every pull day — they're essential for shoulder health.
- *Use light weight and high reps (15-20).
