How to do it
- 1Lie on a decline bench with your feet secured.
- 2Grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width.
- 3Unrack and lower the bar to your lower chest.
- 4Press back up to full lockout.
Tips
- *Targets the lower chest fibers.
- *Use a spotter — it's harder to unrack on decline.
- *Some people find this easier on their shoulders than flat bench.
