How to do it
- 1Lie on a flat bench and grip the bar with hands about shoulder-width apart.
- 2Unrack and lower the bar to your lower chest.
- 3Press back up to full lockout, focusing on your triceps.

- *Hands don't need to be super close — shoulder-width is fine.
- *Keep your elbows tucked to your sides.
- *Great compound movement for building tricep mass.
