How to do it

  1. 1Lie on a flat bench and grip the bar with hands about shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2Unrack and lower the bar to your lower chest.
  3. 3Press back up to full lockout, focusing on your triceps.

Tips

  • *Hands don't need to be super close — shoulder-width is fine.
  • *Keep your elbows tucked to your sides.
  • *Great compound movement for building tricep mass.
