How to do it

  1. 1Stand facing a low cable with a straight bar or EZ bar attachment.
  2. 2Grip the bar underhand and curl up toward your shoulders.
  3. 3Lower with control.

  • *Constant cable tension makes these great for burnout sets.
  • *Try different attachments — rope, straight bar, EZ bar.
  • *Can also be done one arm at a time.
