How to do it
- 1Set the pulleys to chest height on a cable crossover machine.
- 2Grab a handle in each hand and step forward.
- 3With a slight bend in your elbows, bring your hands together in front of you.
- 4Slowly return to the starting position, feeling the stretch in your chest.
Tips
- *Keep a slight bend in your elbows throughout — don't lock them.
- *Squeeze your chest at the bottom of the movement.
- *Constant tension makes cables superior to dumbbell flyes.
