How to do it

  1. 1Set the pulleys to chest height on a cable crossover machine.
  2. 2Grab a handle in each hand and step forward.
  3. 3With a slight bend in your elbows, bring your hands together in front of you.
  4. 4Slowly return to the starting position, feeling the stretch in your chest.

Tips

  • *Keep a slight bend in your elbows throughout — don't lock them.
  • *Squeeze your chest at the bottom of the movement.
  • *Constant tension makes cables superior to dumbbell flyes.
