How to do it

  1. 1Stand a few feet in front of a bench, place one foot behind you on the bench.
  2. 2Hold dumbbells at your sides.
  3. 3Lower your back knee toward the floor.
  4. 4Drive up through your front foot.

Tips

  • *Keep your torso upright — don't lean forward excessively.
  • *Front foot should be far enough forward that your knee doesn't pass your toes.
  • *These are brutal but incredibly effective for quad and glute development.
