How to do it
- 1Stand a few feet in front of a bench, place one foot behind you on the bench.
- 2Hold dumbbells at your sides.
- 3Lower your back knee toward the floor.
- 4Drive up through your front foot.
Tips
- *Keep your torso upright — don't lean forward excessively.
- *Front foot should be far enough forward that your knee doesn't pass your toes.
- *These are brutal but incredibly effective for quad and glute development.
