How to do it
- 1Stand holding a barbell in front of you with arms extended.
- 2Shrug your shoulders straight up toward your ears.
- 3Squeeze at the top, then lower with control.
Tips
- *Don't roll your shoulders — straight up and down only.
- *Hold the squeeze at the top for 1-2 seconds.
- *Use straps if grip gives out before traps do.
