How to do it
- 1Stand holding a barbell with an underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
- 2Curl the bar up toward your shoulders, keeping your upper arms stationary.
- 3Squeeze at the top, then lower with control.
Tips
- *Don't swing your body — if you need momentum, the weight is too heavy.
- *Keep your elbows pinned to your sides.
- *Use an EZ bar if straight bar hurts your wrists.
