How to do it

  1. 1Start with dumbbells in front of your shoulders, palms facing you.
  2. 2As you press up, rotate your palms to face forward.
  3. 3Fully extend your arms overhead.
  4. 4Reverse the rotation as you lower back down.

  • *Use lighter weight than regular shoulder press.
