How to do it
- 1Start with dumbbells in front of your shoulders, palms facing you.
- 2As you press up, rotate your palms to face forward.
- 3Fully extend your arms overhead.
- 4Reverse the rotation as you lower back down.
Tips
- *The rotation hits all three delt heads in one movement.
- *Use lighter weight than regular shoulder press.
- *Keep the rotation smooth and controlled.
